Beautiful place in magnificent settings!
1. It was too warm in the room at night, even with the heater off and window open (in December!). 2. A la carte meny at the restaurant had very few choices of meals NOT containing meat, and after a couple of dinners there was nothing on the meny we could have ordered without repeating our choices on the evenings before...

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a wonderful view. The bathroom was lovely with underfloor heating and a dual shower. The decor of the hotel played upon the name and location using copper accents everywhere.
The breakfast while adequate seemed rushed and shorthanded. They need to hire more staff and perhaps could serve the coffee and tea tableside. The breakfast was more 3 star than 5 .

During our recent ski trip, the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to the main ski area in town and even had shuttle services down to the ski lift. Plus, the breathtaking views of the Åre mountains from our room were out of this world. the rooms were well-designed, spacious, and soundproof, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with gluten-free options available. the spa and the outdoor hot tub were the perfect remedies for our tired muscles after a day on the loop to the bottom of the slopes.
The service at the hotel wasn't always consistent, and some staff members were not as accommodating or attentive as we would have hoped.

The whole experience was fantastic we all loved it.
The lobby for drinks could be a bit chilly. the childrens hours in the spa went on until 6pm . so if we wanted to go in for quiet after the kids had gone it made dinner very late. 5 pm would have been better.

The hotel was great! It had an amazing view of the mountains and forest. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with state, of, the, art amenities. We enjoyed the hiking trails that surround the hotel, and the restaurant was delicious, with a fantastic breakfast buffet.
That the hotel was located quite far from the city center, and there wasn't much to do nearby. the service was a bit slow, and the staff seemed understaffed.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english. With the spa pool, a ps3 in the room and a couple of pool tables, our children were never bored.
The food available within the hotel is a little limited. During our stay there was only one restaurant open plus a bar menu and neither had a very extensive menu. There is a second restuarant which serves a more international range of foods but this seems to be reserved for large groups.

A Memorable Birthday Experience
Having stayed at Copperhill Mountain Lodge for my birthday, I was blown away by the attention to detail and personalized service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my celebration truly special, ensuring my allergies were catered for during dinner. The spa facilities were incredible, especially the outdoor hot tub with breathtaking views. Despite a minor issue with the shuttle bus, I would highly recommend this exceptional hotel. I had an unforgettable experience at Copperhill Mountain Lodge.

Absolutely loved our romantic escape to this hotel! The complimentary wine and chocolates in the room were a sweet surprise that set the tone for our stay. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the ski slopes and breathtaking views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, which was both hearty and delicious.
The spa facilities could have been cleaner. We found some dirty towels and the dressing room was in a bit of disarray.
